The Organiser is a semantic desktop which centered on you and your activities. We have integrated a powerful timeline into the Organiser’s dashboard, which focuses on your upcoming activities and allows for scrolling fluently through time. This way you are always in picture of what you’re doing. The things you need are always just one click away.
The timeline becomes especially handy if you have recurring activities such as a class schedule, a university curriculum or regular meetings.
Change in plans? No problem. Your life is not on a rail road track. It’s easy to cancel or postpone events and other activities directly from your timeline.
The Organiser is all about providing context: Wish lists and photos are relevant in the context of birthdays and people. Whereas to-do lists, notes and documents are relevant in the context of contacts, meetings or projects.
By allowing you to add relevant content to your existing data, such as your calendar, your address book or your to-do list, the Organiser frees you from repeating yourself all the time. It can help you with adding relevant links and content to the information that is already in your cloud.
Stop maintaining folders.
Most of the existing productivity solutions require you to maintain a traditional folder-based file system. However, maintenance of such abstract folder hierarchies is cumbersome and they tend to clutter very quickly when you just want to get something done.
That’s why we have integrated a digital assistant into the Organiser that is capable of managing a traditional file system for you. It can easily be trained to create fully customizable folder structures. This way, folders in the file system are generated automatically when you create, download or drop files into tasks, events, contacts or projects.
This is even more powerful in a collaborative working environment: Sharing the trained folder structures allows a team to collaborate using high-level apps while maintaining a comprehensible file system for everyone.
